14 MembersAccounting and Finance Academy (A.F.A.)
A.F.A. (Accounting and Finance Academy) is a professional and social club mainly for MBA students in finance and accounting, but all other MBA graduate students are welcome to join our club.
The main reason behind this club is to gather, socialize, network and create a group of students and professionals who know each other while they are in school and after graduation.
This club has been deactivated due to lack of activity based on our knowledge in 2003 and so we have to recreate and reactivate in February 2009.
At the present economical situation, it is crucial that students be familiar with the future of the market as they are going to make a decision regarding their concentration and so pick appropriate courses which are more suitable during financial recovery and then be ready through certificates such as CFA and CPA.
We passed our training with CHUCK regarding R.P.A rules and regulations and our organization is now complete.
We are going to have our first official meeting in fall 2009 and regarding any question, you can contact of A.F.A. or our faculty advisor Prof. Giorgio Gotti.
Thanks in advance,
Shervin Pourmokhtarian
President of A.F.A.
