Mon, Feb 8 2010 8:38 AMPCC looking for Counseling and School Pych speakers
The Psychology Connections Committee (PCC) is looking for a way to form bridges between psychology (including counseling) graduate and undergraduate students. They created a mechanism for undergraduates to request graduate student mentors and has held information panels on graduate school and careers in psychology.
The PCC is looking for speakers from Counseling and School Psychology to speak about the career choices for those that pursue the Counseling and School Psychology career track. If you or someone you know is interested- please feel free to contact Laurel Wainwright (laurel.wainwright@umb.edu) or Shaun Glaze (shaun.glaze@gmail.com).
They are hosting an event Wednesday March 3rd that could use a few speakers or people who can answer questions about what it's like being in the major/field.
